Recently voted “Best Real Estate Agent” in the 2019 & 2015 Winston-Salem Journal’s Reader’s Choice Awards; John H McPherson Jr. has been a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Advantage, Triad since 2003. He is also the Team Leader of MKT Real Estate Group, General Contractor, and he is the host of the Camel City Chat podcast.

John is the 2020 President of the Winston Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® and served on the board in 2019. He has lived in Forsyth County for most of his life and is currently residing in Clemmons with his wife, Katherine, and daughter, Laura.

John serves as a mentor for fellow REALTORS® and spends time meeting politicians to make sure he is current on the ever-changing real estate industry. His motto is “It's All About Service” and he proves this in his relationships with his clients and peers.
