MEET JOHN
Voted “Best Real Estate Agent” in the 2019 & 2015 Winston-Salem Journal’s Reader’s Choice Awards; John McPherson has been a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Advantage since 2003. He is the founder and President of MKT Real Estate Group, a licensed General Contractor, and host of the Camel City Chat podcast.
John currently serves as the 2024 President-Elect for NC REALTORS®. In 2020, John also served as the President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®. He has lived in Forsyth County for most of his life and currently resides in Clemmons with his wife, Katherine, and daughter, Laura.
John graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS in Communications. He also obtained an MBA from Winston-Salem State University. John has also participated in and graduated from the NC REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academies.
John loves learning through conventions and seminars and enjoys spending time meeting elected officials to ensure that he is up-to-date with the ever-changing industry of real estate. John is a Golden R, Presidents Circle, Hall of Fame Investor in the Realtor Party.
