MEET JOHN
Voted “Best Real Estate Agent” in the 2019 & 2015 Winston-Salem Journal’s Reader’s Choice Awards; John McPherson has been a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Advantage, Triad since 2003. He is the team leader of MKT Real Estate Group, a licensed General Contractor, and hosts the Camel City Chat podcast.
John is the 2024 President-Elect for NC Realtors and served as President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® in 2020. He has lived in Forsyth County for most of his life and resides in Clemmons with his wife, Katherine, and daughter, Laura.
John is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS in Communications. He also has an MBA from Winston-Salem State University. He is also a graduate of the NC Realtors and the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academies.
John loves learning through conventions and seminars and also spends time meeting elected officials to ensure he is current on the ever-changing real estate industry. John is a Golden R, Presidents Circle, Hall of Fame Investor in the Realtor Party.
